Michael Leavitt is a certified residential appraiser who has been in the business for 30 years. He started out as a subcontractor for an appraisal firm before branching out on his own, registering his own company in 2005. He has been licensed since 1995, which means that he has the experience and necessary expertise to give you an accurate estimate of your home’s value.

When hiring an appraiser, you want someone who can clearly explain how they arrive at their valuation and why they put such importance on certain aspects of your property. Michael will take the time to talk through all of these details with you so that there are no surprises when it comes time for him to present his report.
